VAJRH™ by Param One Industries
VAJRH produces premium Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks — a lightweight, durable and energy-efficient alternative to traditional bricks. Made from cement, lime, fly ash, gypsum and aluminium powder, each block is cured under high-pressure steam for maximum strength and consistency.
VAJRH AAC blocks offer up to 30% reduction in air-conditioning costs, 4× lighter dead load, 45 dB sound reduction, and 4–5 hour fire resistance — making them the preferred choice for modern, sustainable construction.
All raw materials kept in silos to avoid contamination. Four silos and automated feeders ensure a clean, smooth process with no manual interference.
Only OPC Grade 53 cement for maximum strength. Fly ash preferred over pond ash, and every raw material is thoroughly tested before use.
The entire batching process is automated for perfect consistency — even 0.1% irregularity in raw material can affect quality.
Our testing lab ensures raw materials and finished products meet required standards, maintaining consistency and reliability throughout.
Fully-automated hi-tech cutting machines shape large aerated blocks into smaller, precise sizes with consistent accuracy.
Dust collectors and bag filters cut air pollution. Zero percent residue, with bio-mass fuel used in the boiler.
